UBS is offering a unique Wealth Planning Analyst Program that spans 24 months. During that time you will obtain your licenses, complete your Accredited Wealth Management Advisor designation, complete your CFP, have access to multiple virtual courses and case studies, meet and work with other talented Wealth Planning Advisors from across the country, and begin your official journey as a WPA – delivering advice and wealth management solutions that meet your clients' unique needs. 
According to their program guidelines, the preferred qualifications are as follows:
• A four-year bachelor’s degree with 3-10 years* of work experience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• High emotional intelligence
• A capacity to quickly learn new skills and acquire knowledge
• Exceptional listening and communication skills
• Strong critical reasoning and analytical skills
• Collaborative, team player with ability to work independently
• Entrepreneurial drive and strong work ethic
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work in the United States (sponsorship not available)
*Exceptions to the three-year experience requirement will be considered for individuals who have passed the CFP Exam and/or have graduated from CFP Board Registered academic Programs
